    Hello Friends,

I want to enjoy Amazon Videos on 4K HDR on my SHIELD TV. But I don't know how can I access Amazon Videos? Can anyone help to solve my problem?

    Hello,

    4K UHD Requirements:

    1)   A 4K UHD TV with at least one HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2.

    2)   Look for the UHD label on the TV show or movie you want to watch. Important: There are 2 versions of each show that supports UHD (one is HD and one UHD). Select the UHD version.

    3)   Amazon requires an Internet connection of at least 15 Mbps to watch videos in UHD.

    HDR Requirements:

    1)   An HDR10-capable TV with at least one HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2. Make sure HDR is enabled from your TV settings.

    2)   Look for the UHD label on the TV show or movie you want to watch. Important: There are 2 versions of each show that supports UHD (one is HD and one UHD). Select the UHD version and look for the HDR tag within the show details page.

    3)   Amazon requires an Internet connection of at least 15 Mbps to watch videos in HDR.

Troubleshooting: Ensure that the latest SHIELD Software Upgrade is installed. Go to Settings > Device > About > System Update.
