    Hey, 

    I'm facing a problem related to Frontier mail. I just want to configuring the Frontier mail on Macintosh mail. But i don't know how to configuring an what can i do. So Please help me to solve this problem.

    Hello graciescott, 

     

    • Open Macintosh mail and go to ‘Mail’ option. Here you need to click on ‘Preference’. Tap to add an account. If you find this option unavailable on the screen then click on ‘Search’ button.

    • Add account details like Frontier com login address and password on the next page.

    • You will be prompted to select the account type in next option. Select POP and enter the name of the email service provider.

    • Enter the username, password and display name in the next field. This name will appear on the front screen when you open your account.

    • Go to incoming server settings and enter the address in the field.

    • In the same way, enter smtp.frontier.com in the outgoing server address field.

    • Now, select the password option for verification purpose. Here you need to enter the email address and password again for authentication purpose. When you log in to the account, then these details will first get verified and then you will be able to go to Frontier email login page further.

    • Submit to finish the process. The process is almost same for all the models.

    • Close the window and if prompted click on ‘Yes’.

    Hello.

    Configure Email Services - Apple Mail Follow these steps..

    1. From the desktop, navigate Finder > Applications > Mail.
    2. From the Menu bar, click: Mail > Preferences.
    3. From the Accounts tab, click Account Information, ensure the settings are correct then click Server Settings.
      Note Mac® OS 10.5 and later, click Outgoing Mail Server > Edit Server List.
    4. Description
    5. A unique name for the account.
    6. Email Address
      • The email address for the account.
    7. Incoming Mail Server
      • The POP / IMAP server address.
    8. User Name
      • The email account login name.
        Note Usernames may vary depending on ISP (e.g. - john.smith@your.isp or jsmith).
    9. Password
      • The password required for account access.
    10. Outgoing Mail Server
      • The outgoing mail server for the email account.
      • Enter the Description and Server Name then click Advanced.
        Note If using Mac® OS 10.4 or 10.3 skip to step 5.
      • Ensure the required settings are correct then click OK.
      • From the Advanced section, ensure the required settings are correct then click the red dot located in the upper-left corner
